Lime Spring Village is a mixed-use development project in the third phase of the Lime Spring Farms Master Plan, which covers 113 acres adjacent to U.S. Route 30 and Marietta Avenue in East Hempfield Township. The development comprises 122 townhouses and a retail store, as well as recreational facilities, walking trails, and open space areas for the community. The project also involved off-site improvements, such as designing and installing a new traffic signal, widening the roadway, and modifying the existing church’s access across the street.
RETTEW provided full land development and surveying services for the project, from concept to construction. We worked closely with the client, local and state agencies, and utility companies to obtain the necessary approvals, permits, and clearances. RETTEW also ensured a seamless integration of the infrastructure and amenities with the adjacent phases of the Lime Spring Farms development. Lime Spring Village is a sustainable and attractive development that enhances the quality of life for its residents as well as the surrounding area.
