RETTEW is pleased to introduce new hires Keith Miller, a landscape architect, and Charles Ziegler, a transportation engineer, both working from the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
Charles Ziegler works in RETTEW’s transportation group overseeing staff working on bridge and highway projects. He works with regulatory agencies and project owners to design, permit, and coordinate projects on local beltways, bridges, and other roadways. Ziegler brings nearly 30 years of project experience to the role, from small sections of road reconstruction to a $300 million roadway improvement project. Previously an office principal at Prime AE Group Inc. in Pittsburgh, Ziegler has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He resides in Chippewa Township, Beaver County.
Keith Miller is a project manager in RETTEW’s land development group, interacting with clients and coordinating with staff to meet deadlines for energy-sector owners. He also provides site designs, grading and stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control. Miller’s experience includes land development projects in the education, residential, commercial and energy industries. He serves on the exam committee of the Counsel of Landscape Architects Registration Board, and is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Miller received a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from West Virginia University and lives in McCandless Township, Allegheny County.
