RETTEW is pleased to announce the hiring of George Yatsky in its safety consulting group. Working from the firm’s Mechanicsburg office, Yatsky is a safety technician with nearly 20 years of experience. His responsibilities include on-site safety oversight of contractors during construction activities and conducting training courses for contractors’ employees. Training courses include first aid, aerial lift, and department of transportation instruction. Previously a project manager and environmental health and safety specialist with EPSYS, an environmental consulting firm, Yatsky’s experience covers emergency response, environmental site remediation, and corporate health and safety officer work. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from California University of Pennsylvania, and spends some of his free time volunteering as a youth football coach with the Mechanicsburg Midget Football Association, as well as working as a ski school instructor at Roundtop Mountain Resort. He resides in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County.
