RETTEW recently hired David Fedor, Christopher Ferrell, and Mark Laborte, all working out of northeastern U.S. offices.

 

David Fedor

Working in RETTEW’s Pittsburgh office, Fedor is a Senior Engineer in the firm’s Transportation group. A licensed professional engineer, he specializes in highway design with emphasis on geometric layout and 3D modeling, guide rail design, traffic control, drainage designs, and erosion and sediment controls. With more than 15 years of experience, Fedor has also worked in aviation and facility engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineer’s Pittsburgh chapter, and has a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Previously with GAI Consultants based in Homestead, PA, as a Project Engineer, Fedor resides in Allegheny County, PA.

 

Christopher Ferrell

A Resident Project Representative in RETTEW’s Bridgeport, West Virginia office, Ferrell works in the firm’s Civil and Municipal Engineering group. He oversees the day-to-day operations for many of RETTEW’s energy clients, specializing in slope repair and waterline construction. Ferrell acts as the owner’s on-site representative during construction and other work at client-owned projects. He has about eight years of experience, which also includes surveying and inspection work. Most recently an inspector with Burton, W.V.-based Blue Mountain Inc., Ferrell has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fairmont State University, and resides in Wetzel County, WV.

 

Mark Laborte

Working from RETTEW’s Pittsburgh office, Mark Laborte is a Civil Engineer in the firm’s Land Development group. His work includes calculating designs for the energy industry, as well as stormwater and civil engineering. Laborte has 14 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, structural design, and construction management. Previously with Pittsburgh-based Zell Engineers Inc., he has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Saint Joseph Institute of Technology in the Philippines. He resides in Allegheny County, PA.
