Liberty North Redevelopment

Using our diverse mix of services, RETTEW worked with the owner to transform what was once the site of the abandoned Armstrong World Industries flooring factory, into a vibrant mixed-use campus in Lancaster City. The work included researching the previous environmental conditions, stormwater infrastructure, land development approvals, traffic impacts, and site utilities to assist in maximizing the reuse of the abandoned site.

The Liberty North offices and business campus now offers 21 luxury apartments, offices, and retail spaces in a once-derelict site. RETTEW provided comprehensive consulting services over a two-year span for this new showcase development that is now a focal point of Lancaster City’s Northwest district redevelopment efforts.
