Paradise Township Sewage Collection System – Multiple Extensions

RETTEW managed the design and construction of multiple extensions to the Paradise Township Sewer Authority’s sewage collection system. Each project was funded through the Community Development Block Grant program for low- to moderate-income residents. RETTEW’s services included survey, environmental clearance, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, construction resident project representation, and grant administration.

The projects included:

  • 3,000 feet of gravity sewer to serve Paradise Phase 8b, Section 1
  • 8,400 feet of gravity sewer to serve Paradise Phase 8b, Section 2
  • 3,400 feet of gravity sewer, 500 feet of low-pressure sewers, 3,800 feet of force main, and two pump stations to serve Paradise Phase 4
  • 8,000 feet of gravity sewer, 1,300 feet of force main, 400 feet of low-pressure sewers, and one submersible grinder pump station to serve the Harristown area
  • 3,900 feet of gravity sewer to serve Vintage Phase 1
  • 3,000 feet of gravity sewer, 3,100 feet of force main, and one submersible grinder pump station to serve Vintage Phase 2
  • 1,200 feet of gravity sewer to serve Kinzers Phase 1
  • 535 feet of gravity sewer, 670 feet of force main, and one submersible grinder pump station to serve Kinzers Phase 2.
