Realizing its attributes, RETTEW’s land planning team designed and obtained conditional use approval for Lime Spring Farm as a walkable, mixed-use community while paying close attention to preserving and integrating the land’s natural characteristics and historic structures.

RETTEW’s land planners designed multiple distinct, walkable neighborhoods as an extension of the adjacent historic town of Rohrerstown. We connected these assets with a network of open space along a stream corridor and more than 4 miles of sidewalks and walking paths and trails. From 238 single-family, duplex, and multifamily homes to 20,000 SF of varied commercial lots, Lime Spring Farm features a broad range of housing types that will contribute to a diverse and active community.
