Downtown Allentown is thriving because of its recent revitalization efforts and is quickly outgrowing its supply of office space. Tower 6 office condominium complex, which required a quick turnaround to meet the demands and schedules of potential tenants.

RETTEW provided multiple services including site surveying, a Phase I environmental site assessment, land development and sewage planning, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting. Because of RETTEW’s experience and relationships with regulatory agencies, we produced a plan that received approval with minimal comments, meeting both the client’s and the architect’s fast-track schedule. This 12-story building with panoramic views offers more than 145,000 SF of Class A office space and high-quality retail space.
