Tower 6

Downtown Allentown is thriving because of its recent revitalization efforts and is quickly outgrowing its supply of office space. To address this need, City Center Investment Corporation (CCIC) is developing the City Center Lehigh Valley project, which is fast becoming the region’s hub for business, culture, and urban living. CCIC has worked with RETTEW on multiple projects within the city because they value our project management and technical offerings, as well as our responsiveness and wide array of service offerings. CCIC invited RETTEW to work on this
Tower 6 office condominium complex, which required a quick turnaround to meet the demands and schedules of potential tenants.

RETTEW provided multiple services including site surveying, a Phase I environmental site assessment, land development and sewage planning, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting. Because of RETTEW’s experience and relationships with regulatory agencies, we produced a plan that received approval with minimal comments, meeting both the client’s and the architect’s fast-track schedule. This 12-story building with panoramic views offers more than 145,000 SF of Class A office space and high-quality retail space.
