Food Manufacturing Facility Upgrade Design

This food manufacturer was looking to expand their plant with various site and facility improvements. After RETTEW completed a 3D model of the proposed improvements under a previous contract, the client engaged us for this first phase of design.

The project includes a new hygienics building, relocation of the existing engineering building, and relocation of the shipping docks and driver waiting area. RETTEW will obtain land development approvals, 90 percent bid documents, and estimates for construction services for this multiphase project that focuses on employee welfare, food safety, and food quality. Upon completion of the design services, the RETTEW team will assist with construction bidding and on-site project management as well.
