Health Management Associates, the leading operator of non-urban acute care medical hospitals in the United States, wanted to provide a 43-acre campus-like environment for its new community hospital facility. The new 315,000-SF hospital is located in Lititz, Pennsylvania — in the heart of rural and historic Lancaster County.

RETTEW provided a full range of services from surveying, geotechnical investigations, zoning and land development approvals to traffic engineering, stormwater management, and wetland design.
