Our client, the largest wholesale fertilizer distributor in the northeast and mid-Atlantic, wanted to expand their feed mill at its current location, rather than moving operations to a new site. The plan allowed the client to use an existing rail spur and realize cost savings in the expansion process. The construction needed to take place while the mill remained active.

We secured the required height variance and land development approvals quickly to keep the expansion moving forward.
