Kline’s Services helps municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential clients manage their wastewater needs. As their business grew, they experienced an increase in wastewater volumes and treatment requirements. Their existing treatment plant, however, suffered periodic upsets. They needed a solution to continue providing wastewater services to their diverse clientele.

RETTEW provided on-call, on-site operations and engineering consulting to help with capacity optimization. We identified deficiencies and solutions to enhance capacity by redesigning operations. We also helped set up sampling and testing procedures at Kline’s on-site laboratory so Kline’s no longer has to contract out those services. These changes delivered operational cost savings and strategies for energy efficiencies in Kline’s overall wastewater solution offering. Kline’s also brought in RETTEW as a consultant for their clients; we collaborated to troubleshoot and/or optimize their clients’ operations to meet specific discharge parameters. In the end, RETTEW not only helped Kline’s directly with their operations but also brought value to their end users.
